Everybody from time to time has felt tired after a long day or a long week. Usually after a nice rest, that feeling goes away. Few of us thought, feel that way, day in and day out. Few of us cannot get rid of that tired or fatigue feeling no matter what we swimmingly try to do. There are certain things that can be done sometimes to remedy the situation! Let’s look into some of the reason that create this feeling.
Types of fatigue or feeling tired
There are 2 types of fatigue: emotional and physical. Emotional fatigue is when the mind is tired. This is usually associated with stress in our every day life like, having to meet multiple deadlines at work or worrying about finances or dealing with the unexpected death of someone we love. Physical fatigue happens when you spend the day working really hard doing physical activities and at the end of the day you absolutely exhausted. Both types of tiredness can cause you to feel lethargic. And they both require rest and relaxation.
How do you know which applies to you?
So how do you know which applies to you, after all for the most part we do a lot of different physical activities throughout the day and for the most part we have some level of stress in our lives. How do you know what type of tired you’re experiencing? Here is the test. If you wake up tired in the morning after at least a 7-8 hour sleep but start feeling better as the day goes on , you may be suffering from emotional fatigue. The reason for your fatigue may be in your head. If you wake up in the morning energized and ready to go, but you start to lose your spark as the afternoon appears, you’re probably dealing with a physical problem.
Here are some of the reasons for emotional fatigue:
- You have a lot of stress in your life.
- You are doing too much. The day is filled with constant activity and people or situations demand all your time and attention.
- You are bored. Sometimes if we do not do enough we get tired due to being bored.
- Some mental condition such as being depressed or being lonely causes being tired.
Here are some of the reasons for physical fatigue:
- Not sleeping enough. As simple as that. Some people only need 6-7 hours of sleep every day to feel rested and refreshed, but other need 9-10 or anything in between. You need to determine how much sleep does your body require to feel rested.
- Not eating well. If you do not have a balanced diet or skip meals, or not providing enough nutrients to your body, then you will feel tired.
- Not drinking enough water.
- Not exercising.
- Toxins. Your body if full of toxins and you need to detoxify.
- Have taken a lot of antibiotics which have harmed a lot of beneficial organisms like flora.
Ongoing fatigue could be a symptom of a disease like:
- anemia
- arthritis
- a slower-than-usual thyroid
- a sleep disorder
- cancer
- chronic fatigue syndrome
- diabetes
- heart disease
If you feel fatigue for a while or have severe symptoms you should see your doctor. For less severe cases, try some of the following products.

Who Needs a Liver Cleanse?
Most people could use a good liver cleanse. This will help to improve your digestion, which is essential for good health. A liver cleanse is when you take herbs, vitamins, minerals and supplements designed to strengthen and detoxify your liver. Bad skin, and cellulite believe it or not are a few symptoms of a sluggish liver.
We develop liver weakness after we have abused our bodies by long-term eating of acid-forming foods, processed foods and other unhealthy foods such as: meat, sugar, white flour, white rice, foods cooked in oil, foods containing a lot of artificial dyes etc.
What are the Root Causes of a Weakened Liver?
Smoking cigarettes, using pharmaceutical drugs, acetaminophen, and drinking alcohol can hamper the liver. All the food that is absorbed from our intestines goes directly to the liver, by way of the portal vein. The liver and bowels then must filter all the harmful chemicals from the bad food. Food colorings, preservatives, heavy metals, fried oils, partially digested proteins, etc., all take their toll upon our liver.
What are the Symptoms of a Weakened Liver?
Some symptoms of a weakened liver are; skin problems, rashes, acne, fatigue, general malaise, eczema, cellulite, digestive problems, blood sugar regulation disorders (such as hypoglycemia), high cholesterol, psoriasis, allergies, chemical sensitivities and constipation. Extreme cases of liver problems could result in jaundice, hepatitis and cirrhosis.
Natural Remedies.
While you are cleansing your liver avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, eating highly processed foods, foods filled with artificial colors, and drink at least 2 liters of purifies water a day.
