    Controlling your Estrogen levels is definately the way to go with controlling the pain and symptoms of Endometriosis. I regulate my diet to control the amount of Estrogen in my body. This can be done naturally by cutting out fat and meat in your diet. I also eat alot of roughage to allow the liver to work better, therefore controlling the amount of Estrogen in the body.
    I also use the Evening Primrose Oil which regulates the PMS and the pain levels during my period. Chasteberry is a great one too! Regulates the hormone levels.
    I have used various different methods over the years and these are definately worth trying!
